Embrace the body you have!

                                         
So many girls obsess with trying to have the "perfect" body. Well let me be just another person to tell you, there is no perfect body out there. We all have little things we are insecure about that others may envy.

You should never go to extreme measures to try to get the body of your dreams. Doing dangerous things like starving yourself, over exercising, or even eating too much junk food, is not the answer.
Try loving yourself first. Then manage what you eat (in a healthy way) and exercise in a healthy way.
For the longest time I refused to accept my small figure. I am 5'1 and weigh 95 pounds. A very petit girl, and while other girls might envy my small frame I was over here hating myself and eating so much junk food thinking I'd get curves that way. It's so silly but that's what I did.
BTW, I didn't get curves, I got a little pouch that I now have to work at. Worst thing ever.
I will admit that I am not fully happy with my figure but I am allot more accepting of it. I exercise for my health and to build strength. I eat healthy things yet I still enjoy my junk food but I'm not over eating or starving myself.
My point is that we can't change our bodies. (Unless you have allot of money and go though with surgery) but even then you need to exercise.
If you learn to love yourself you will be allot happier.
And keep in mind that there are many different body types out there and you are not that only one with that body type.

Don't change yourself to fit your perspective on the perfect body. Change for health.
