Okay I found this on Pinterest and had to share it. I have always been so curious as to how this was possible but now I see how simple it is, or at least looks. I can't wait to try it out. Let's do it together guys!

So it looks like you can take any over-sized shirt/long dress, cut it in half, and then transform it. But what I still don't get is if you tie both ends(on the bottom half) once inserting them into the top shirt. Hmmmmm.
